Highlights:

Slovenia has some of the most breathtaking views of the Alps region with untouched natural lakes, mountains and rivers. The main focus of our photography workshop is Lake Bled, Bohinj and the picturesque Triglav National Park.

Lake Bled is one of the most photogenic places in Europe and a ideal first location. The 15th Century old church on Slovenia’s only natural island, with a backdrop of 2000m+ tall mountains makes a picture perfect image.

Only a 25 minute drive away from Bled rests the picturesque glacial valley of Bohinj and Slovenia’s largest natural permanent lake. Bohinj offers many great photo opportunities; waterfalls, gorges, lakes and a view above the lake looking towards Slovenia’s highest mountain - Triglav 2864m.

If that wasn’t enough, explore Triglav National Park and its many hidden wonders. Shoot sunrise at a natural spring; photograph one of Slovenia’s best waterfalls and finish the day off shooting sunset over an emerald green lake looking towards the Julian Alps.

And it wouldn’t be a photography workshop without visiting some of the almost 3000 churches spread around Slovenia. Shoot sunrise and sunset at two of the most iconic churches in Slovenia surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes.

Over the 6 days you can expect a packed workshop full of great locations, memories, good food and beautiful photography. The workshop will cater for everyone’s photography needs, whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or at an advanced level there is something for everyone.
